##  Notes                                ##

*Setup Software:
1.  You must use the installation serial number labeled on the CD's cover to install CN6000 application software. 

*Using Windows Client:
1.  The client software needs DirectX (7.0 and above) support. Please setup DirectX before run client software.
2.  The client software supports Win9x, Win ME, Win2000 and WinXP.

*Using Log server, 
1.  For log server, you need setup microsoft data access components 2.7. You can download this driver from
    www.microsoft.com/data/download.htm. Pls find MDAC 2.7 RTM to download.

*Using Java Client:
1.  Please setup proper JRE before run Java program.
2.  Click CN6Kmain.Jar to execute Java program. You need input default Java program name after IP address. 
    For example, 10.0.0.37\test.htm. The default port is 9002. 
    If you want to use another port, suppose port 1220, you just input 10.0.0.37:1220\test.htm in input dialog.
3.  Please use administration tool to set default home page (like cn6000.htm), 
    otherwise you cannot access CN6000 via Java program.

*Supported VGA:
1.  CN6000's remote video only support non-interlace video signal. 
    The supported refresh rates and resolution are listed below:
    640x480@60,   640x480@70,  640x480@75,  640x480@85,  640x480@90, 640x480@120
    720x400@70,   720x400@75
    800x600@56,   800x600@60,  800x600@75,  800x600@85,  800x600@90, 800x600@100
    1024x768@60,  1024x768@70, 1024x768@75, 1024x768@85, 1024x768@90
    1152x864@60,  1152x864@70, 1152x864@75, 1152x864@85
    1280x1024@60, 1280x1024@70
    1600x1200@60

*Mouse setting:
1.  Please using following setting to reset pointer speed. Kindly cancel acceleration setting in mouse properties dialog.
    Windows 2000: Set the mouse speed to the middle position. Set the mouse acceleration to None
    Windows XP: Set the mouse speed to the middle position. Disable Enhance Pointer Precision
    WinME/Win95: Set the mouse speed to the middle position. Disable mouse acceleration
    WinNT / Win98: Set the mouse speed to the slowest position.
    Redhat Linux: Set the mouse acceleration to the middle position. Set the mouse threshold to the middle position.
    SUN OS 5.8: Set the mouse acceleration to the 1.0. Set the mouse threshold to 1.
2.  Also pls disable snap to function in mouse properties dialog.
